Information in a cleaning request
The form asks for contact and property details so Bravo Maids can assess the requested cleaning and respond. It requires your name, a contact number, email, the shop's street address, city and ZIP code, and the requested service. It can also include timing, approximate size, the shop type, the areas and surfaces requested, the requested frequency, the stock in the shop, displays to leave untouched, trading hours, cleaning access hours, remaining fit-out work with a target opening date, and anything else you add. Your choice about text messages is recorded with the request. When a request is sent, the inquiry service also receives your IP address and browser type and records both with the request; the IP address is also used to limit repeated submissions. Avoid private entry credentials, payment-card details and unrelated sensitive information.
Purpose and handling
Inquiry information is used to clarify the property condition, proposed scope, access and availability. Service providers supporting the website and inquiry handling may process information for those functions. Submission does not itself create a cleaning appointment or accept a requested date.
Information kept in your browser
This site has no pageview measurement. Session storage records the page you first landed on and where you came from, which are included when you send a request, and a retry record of an identifier and hashes so a resent request is not counted twice. Your actual entries are not stored in it.
Keeping your request details
Details from a request are kept while we respond and for the period your shop remains a customer. Use the contact page to ask for their deletion. These records are not deleted automatically when an inquiry closes or a customer relationship ends; deletion happens when you ask for it.
Questions and corrections
Use the contact page to explain a privacy question or request a correction. Identify an earlier inquiry using the same contact details. Identity or authority may need to be established before information about a request can be provided or changed.
